New York Fashion Week F/W 2014 - Black Sea by Nautica

Parkas and down vests are looking to stay king of mens winter outerwear for another season. Also, from the Runway to the street, ankle cuffed pants are really pushing mainstream. The front shot below is a great example of these style pants that originally started as sportswear for runners and soccer players. Gotta love the fashion world.

On Campus... Waqar, Virginia Tech

Waqar has become a good friend of mine since I first featured him for Style Street about a year ago. Sadly he'll be leaving the area soon, but it's been a pleasure getting to know someone with equal interest in fashion. He always finds small ways to incorporate his Pakistani lineage into his wardrobe while still maintaining a very American look, its something I wish I could pull off with my Hispanic roots without feeling like I'm trying to hard. One day I suppose.

Best of 2013

2013 was a transitional year for sure, here at Angel's Point of View. Lots of work was put into behind the scenes, and other fashion/photo work that will pay off in the long run. However the blog suffered from that change of energy. That being said, I'm looking forward to making some big announcements in 2014 as well as making sure I'm posting far more content then I did this past year.
